Appears stated age

I made the mistake of looking at a medical record from a visit with a PA. The only thing I remember is that is said "appears stated age". I think there are three choices: Older than stated age, younger than stated age or appears stated age so I guess it could be worse. But still! I want to look "younger than stated age"!
