The Berner Bash

Well, here is what you've been waiting for...a picture from our dog picnic on Saturday. There were 7 Bernese Mountain dogs there. This picture shows all of them except Murphy who is on the far left with his back to the camera. They are such well behaved dogs and they all get along so well. Two of the families now have two Berner's each. They DO call them "the potato chip dog" because you can't have just one! I asked one of the "moms" if two dogs produced twice as much hair and she said no, it's 4 times as much hair so I'm thinking one is enough for us. I don't think I could handle more hair along with the DUST we have here out in Green Acres. We haven't really named our place Green Acres but I want to come up with some sort of name before we send out Christmas cards. Happy Holidays from Kris, Tom and the critters at .......Dusty Hill, Dirty Ranch, Fairly Filthy Farm....I don't quite have it yet. Any ideas?
